Recently C/MSgt Aaron George competed for the second year in a row at the 2023 Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair in Dallas, Texas.  There are over 1,800+ participants from over 60 countries competing at this event.  After over 15+ judges interviews, he won two special awards.

The first award was from the U. S. Air Force Research Laboratory where he placed first in his category and  recognized for his outstanding project in the Biomedical Engineering Category.  His topic was ‘In Silico Accelerated Drug Discovery and Development Utilizing Human Physiological Modeling and Simulation’.  C/Mgt George’s second award was from the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office Society, for Outstanding Originality, Analysis and Clarity in Science and Technology.  He placed second and was one of only 10 students who won an award out of 1,800+ participants from over 60 countries.

At the 2022 Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair in Atlanta, Georgia, he was only one of a very few freshmen at the competition.  He was the only freshman who won a Grand Award, placing 3rd in the world with a $1,000 scholarship.  He was also a finalist for the U. S. Agency for International Development Global Health Special Award.
