Recently, (April 15, 2023) Pegasus Squadron a member of Group V within the Texas Wing of the Civil Air Patrol performed a change of Command ceremony. The change was Lt Col Jimmie Draper (Outgoing) to Lt Col Dennis Eibe (Incoming). The ceremony was officiated by the Group V Commander Lt Col Donald Jones.
